We encourage our clients to accompany us during the inspection. You should feel free to ask any questions you may have during the inspection process. The inspector will point out issues and explain them to you. The inspector will also show you the good points of the house as well. Plus, we will explain what routine maintenance is needed to keep the house in top condition. This will help you to get the most benefit from the inspection and gain the most understanding of the systems that make up your home, and how to maintain it. If you not able to attend, rest assured that our service and your report should answer your questions.
Our services provides a narrative computer generated report prepared using HomeGauge software. Complete with color photo's for easy identification of discrepancies with a maintenance and general summary page for the more cost effective discrepancies, that is easy to read and understand. Everything identified during the inspection will be included in your report.

Our fees may be a little more than our competitors. I also take more time with your investment. I have been accused of being too thorough, guilty as charged. I limit my inspections to no more than two per day, as it takes on a average of four hours "plus" per full quality home inspection. Not counting report preparation time another 2 hours plus. Why I choose not to provide a report at time of inspection. First I may miss an important issue by rushing the report. Second I take a average of 60-70 digital photos for further evaluation when preparing your report. You can see why this is more time consuming and well worth it for a full home inspection report. I normally Email your PDF report in 24 hours. Then mail a presentation hard copy for your files in a timely manner.
